First-Ever 4x4 Expo Philippines is Happening This Weekend

The largest gathering of 4x4 vehicles is happening this Saturday, September 28 to Sunday, September 29, 2019 at the first-ever 4x4 Expo Philippines. Happening at the open grounds of Arcovia City, Pasig (C5 near Landers), it will be a haven to off-road enthusiasts of all ages.

With over 30 exhibitors from car brands to 4x4 modifiers to providers of aftermarket accessories and outdoor lifestyle gear, the 4x4 Expo Philippines aims to popularize off-roading and overlanding to more Filipinos.

A portion of the 18,000 square-meter property will be converted into an off-road course where beginners can learn the basics of safe driving over uneven terrain. The track includes makeshift sand dunes, dirt road, and even a water-wading moat.

Organized by Black Rhino and Nitto Tires, the 4x4 Expo Philippines will feature car brands such as Chevrolet, GAC Motors, Isuzu, Jeep, Land Rover, Mitsubishi, and Suzuki. Moreover, exhibitors also include the likes of Bilstein, PIAA, Motul, Overland Kings, CTEK, and more.

Food and drinks will also be available on-site from partner tenants or nearby stores.

“The expo will allow visitors the chance to drive off-road vehicles and even use their own vehicles in a basic off-road track,” says Sammy Liuson of Wheel Gallery, the exclusive and authorized distributors of Black Rhino wheels in the country. “This is our way of providing a boost to the ever-growing popularity of off-roading in the country,” says Liuson.

The 4x4 Expo Philippines will also have technical talks and a display of different 4x4 rigs from various car clubs—the Land Rover Club, Jeep Club, Terra Nation, Raptor Group, to name a few.

Admission to the 4x4 Expo Philippines is free or charge and opens 10 AM and closes at 6 PM during the two days.
